The MCL Academic Team are delighted to announce the introduction of a new MCL module for the 2017-18 academic year, Aspects of Financial Regulation. This module will be convened and taught by Dr Elizabeth Howell.
Dr Howell is Slaughter and May Lecturer in Corporate Law in the Faculty of Law. She is also a Fellow and College Lecturer at Magdalene College. Elizabeth is a qualified solicitor, and her research interests include corporate law and capital markets regulation, with particular reference to European financial market regulation.
