The MCL curriculum has been finalised for 2016-17.
MCL students take one LLM corporate-oriented course during their studies. The LLM course offerings for 2016-17 will be:
- Corporate Finance;
- Corporate Governance;
- Corporate Insolvency;
- Competition Law.
MCL students also take four MCL-specific modules. The MCL modules on offer in 2016-17 will be:
- Corporate Taxation;
- Financial Management;
- International Financial Regulation;
- International Merger Control;
- Law Firm Organization & Governance;
- Shareholder Litigation;
- US Corporate Law.
