Curriculum Overview

The course load of an MCL student during the nine-month duration of the course will be:

  • The 'Deals Course', a full-year paper open only to MCL students that focuses on the legal and economic structuring of corporate transactions
  • A full-year lecture-based corporate-oriented course open to both MCL and LLM students
  • Four one-term lecture-based elective courses ('academic-modules') open only to MCL students
