The MCL curriculum has been finalised for 2015-16.
MCL students take one LLM corporate-oriented course during their studies. The LLM course offerings for 2015-16 will be:
- Corporate Finance;
- Corporate Governance;
- Corporate Insolvency;
- Competition Law.
Elizabeth Howell, who will be joining the Faculty of Law as the Slaughter & May Fixed-term Lecturer in Corporate Law, will be the primary lecturer for the Corporate Finance paper.
MCL students also take four MCL-specific modules. The MCL modules on offer in 2015-16 will be:
- Comparative Corporate Governance;
- Corporate Taxation;
- Financial Management;
- International Merger Control;
- Law Firm Organization & Governance;
- Shareholder Litigation.
